I see you say these penny’s come in a roll? What mint are they and are they Circulated

Hello, You should send a message directly to company you are thinking of buying from. Usually 25 coin lots will be in a roll. Steel cents where made in 1943, they where minted in Philadelphia, Denver , and San Fransisco. Most lots of 25 coins will be mostly Philadelphia mint. Regards, Bob Bob's Coins

You will have to ask the seller of the quantity of coins and the conditions. The higher quality the more money. It all depends on what the seller has selected.

Aren't these worth only like, 30 cents each?

If you sell one in very fine condition you can expect 10 cents If you buy one in the same condition you can expect to pay 30 to 40 cents. Unless it has a doubled die obverse. Then you are looking at about $40.
