It has it all - the fragrance is nice but not overpowering, it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, it doesn't clog the drain, it doesn't dissolve too quickly, and it's inexpensive!! Just a basic, old-fashioned soap that effectively cleans your skin. Yay!!

this is the bomb when it comes to showering. really great lather and leaves you feeling clean and fresh. the original scent is the best.

I am not happy with the amount of harmful chemicals and microplastics we are being exposed to in all of our products. I researched different soaps to move away from body washes, which have chemicals and microplastics in them. I found this soap along with several others that are safe from chemicals, microplastics, etc. I tried a few out, hoping that this one would work well and be good, in part because it is on the lower price end of those I found. It is now my everyday shower soap.

I love this soap! Our family is committed to unscented products due to a family member who has autoimmune issues. This soap gets us all clean and is gentle on our skin. I have extremely sensitive skin, so that’s very important to me. The price point is excellent as well.

This Kirk’s Castile bar soap has become a staple in our house. It’s super gentle on the skin, lathers really well, and doesn’t leave any residue or dryness afterward. I like that it has clean ingredients and a simple, fresh scent that isn’t overpowering. It works great for the whole family, and I’ve noticed our skin feels softer and less irritated since switching to it. Definitely a reliable everyday soap.

This is my whole family’s favorite soap for everyday use. It is gentle on our skin, even my wife who has the most sensitive skin I’ve ever seen, loves this stuff. It’s not greasy at all and rinses clean without drying out your skin. I’m so happy to see it on Amazon so now I don’t have to hunt it down all the time. Our local big name geo store is hit or miss and when you need soap, you need soap.

I am a repeat customer with the Kirk's soap. I like this for several reasons 1) fairly economical-it is a hard milled soap, lasts awhile for each bar and is pretty concentrated for a bar soap. 2) it is unscented, which is important when needing to work or play outside-less likely to attract bugs with an unscented soap. 3) Not terribly harsh or drying, the base of natural stuff (olive oil, coconut I think) is pretty mild, but not as mild as a soap designed for dry skin. I have yet to find another soap quite like this, these seem the ones to beat.

Great suds even with hard water, skin feels soft after each wash. Neutral smell fresh.

This is fantastic soap. I've been using it for ages now as both shampoo (no need for conditioner) and for my face and hands. I used to waste so much money on fancy shampoos and conditioners for my long hair. Other kinds of soap and shower gels almost always cause my skin to break out (and I'm a lady of mature years), too. With the news about all those horrible microbeads in shower gels and whatnot, there's all the more reason to use a soap such as this. No plastic container, either -- just paper.

I don't know what it is but liquid soaps give me body acne. This soap isn't drying and cleans well without me getting pimples! The price is ridiculous! I get it's not sold normally in Canada but I will have to find somewhere else to buy it again.

I think it is true that it is Fragrance Free, BUT but it still has a strong chemical soap smel.
