These are fantastic. They have practical affirmations, not condescending, not too out there, just good things that every human should remind themselves of now and then. They're a good thickness and really pretty as well. I carry them in my purse to have on hand when I feel myself getting overwhelmed. I also pull them out when I see my kids stressing. We call them "The cards that say nice things".

I’m currently experiencing some of the worst anxiety of my life and these little cards are like waving a magic wand as it dissipates almost instantly. They are reassuring, comforting and say just the right things to help you get on top of your anxiety. Well worth the money. The quality is also so good I will be using these for years to come!

Cards are very Pretty. Well Made. Big Enough for all eyes to see the beauty. Easy to use. I find them uplifting and on the spot. I do use and recommend. For hands that cramp, arthritis the size is PERFECT! Recommend and will buy again I am sure.
