Good and affordable hearing aids
I purchased these for my mother. She's been wearing them for a year and has had a good experience with them. She mostly wears them in the car when we run errands and she says it makes it a lot easier to hear me and carry on conversations in the car. They are comfortable and provide good quality audio. They recharge easily and are easy to use. We've had to replace one ear piece but it fell within the warranty period and EarCentric is living up to their word and providing a replacement under warranty. Overall, we're happy with these hearing aids and my mom recommends them.

Squeak free, easy to use, and comfortable
I bought these hearing aids for my 91 year old mother as a back up while waiting for the repair of her more expensive model from another company. She prefers to only wear one in her right ear , but if the charge wears out before the day is over , will switch to the left one for a while. We are thrilled with the performance of this very affordable and practical device. The hybrid tip is comfortable and does not cause feedback with too much airflow. I do notice that I have to speak a little more slowly and distinctly when she is wearing this device as opposed to her more expensive one, but the ease of use, comfort, and squeaky free experience is already making her think of pitching her other hearing aid in the trash.

Happy with EarCentric hearing aids
They function exceptionally well, and for individuals requiring additional assistance, the booster proves to be excellent. It is important to take the time to acclimate to them and understand their proper usage. As the saying goes, a bit of patience can yield significant benefits. The price is quite reasonable, which initially made me skeptical, but it is indeed accurate. I am extremely satisfied with them, and all interactions with the company have been enjoyable. They provide follow-up support and assistance throughout the process.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service 3. My Dad Can Hear Again—Thank You, EarCentric!
My name is Jackie Escorcia I highly recommend the EarCentric hearing device! My 87-year-old father is visiting from my home country, and he has significant hearing loss. I purchased this product hoping it would help him hear better, and it has made a wonderful difference. He can now hear conversations much more clearly, which has brought him so much joy. I also want to thank Anna from Customer Service. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She assisted me with registering the product and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great product. Thank you, EarCentric, for helping improve my father’s quality of life!

Just buy them. They’re great.
These work so well. Took 3 seconds to turn them on and wear them and now I can hear again. This is such an awesome option for anybody on a budget or without insurance to get the expensive ones from a specialist. I was desperate to get my hearing back and I wish I had bought these sooner.

Comfort and Clarity
5 stars — Game changer for my dad I took my dad to the ear doctor and he needed hearing aids. As most people know, hearing aids aren't covered by insurance, or barely covered. We were looking at $1,000+ for a decent pair . I put my dad's hearing test results into ChatGPT and was matched with Earcentric. I can't tell you how amazing these are. He can actually hear us now. No more frustration, no more loud TV, no more shouting just to have a conversation. They’re rechargeable, great size for his ear canals. The cost, the comfort, and the personalization are incredible. Your product is amazing - thank you so much. We'll definitely be back.

Not bad for the price...
I've been trying to save the $1900 to buy the Phillips hearing aids from Costco. I had tried them while I was in the store and I was truly amazed on what & who I could hear (at the same time)! Life keeps getting in the way and Joe Biden certainly isn't helping me reduce my monthly expenses to make it easier to buy the hearing aids! I figured for $200 I'll try these, if they stink like the others I tried from Amazon I could just return them. I actually like these. I can "hear" the difference between using them and not using them. These are NOT as good as the set for $1900, but it's hard not to appreciate the benefits of having them for just 1 tenth of the cost. It's hard to leave an honest review with the good & the bad because these are so affordable (in comparison). These are much smaller than the Phillips brand, which is also a nice surprise. The dislikes are pretty few also: I can turn the up, but that also increases the white noise, not just isolating voices. I can't determine if there's any difference in clarity or crispness between the 2 program modes, they sound the same to me. I work in the automotive service industry, not as a technician. I am subjected to an array of sounds every day at work. I hear multiple people having various conversations and need to be able to discern when someone is speaking just to me, but with all the other people still talking. I hear the vehicles pulling into the building and the motorized garage doors, the phones ringing and so on. These hearing aids can help me (unfortunately) hear them better. There's no filtering of sounds with these hearing aids, some sounds are perfect while other sounds are choppy and it feels like I'm being bombarded with all the sounds with no depth perception. Somehow the Phillips hearing aids were better at filtering noises/sounds. When I had them on in Costco, I was able to e Listen to a conversation between a manager and 2 employees while I was standing next to open top refrigeration units that were also making noise. I was more than 4 feet away from those staff members and I could hear every word without worrying about the refrigeration units clashing. These Amazon hearing aids aren't as sophisticated, but for $200 I can lower the TV volume and lower the car stereo volume BOTH by nearly half and still hear them as well as I did without the hearing aids. So, I guess these budget friendly amplifiers are best suited for typical home life, not a busy, often chaotic work place. On a typical day, I keep the volume at the lowest setting & sometimes that's too loud and other times it's perfect.

Excellent for mild hearing loss
The EarCentric EasyCharge is very easy to use, clean, charge, and adjust. It comes with a few different tips and tubes and cleaning supplies as well as a cute case for travel and a simple charger. There is no app to load on your phone. Power and volume controls are on the aids. Customer support is good. These aids work well for my age appropriate high frequency hearing loss.
