PurOrganica Urea Cream 40% for Feet, Dry Cracked Heels and Calluses, 4 oz

I have tried multiple other brands and formulations and always go back to this. It is the perfect cream for exfoliating, moisturizing and easiest to apply. I keep and use the plastic piece that seals the jar at the top as a "scoop" to get the right quantity out and prefer this to tubes. It is thick and easy to work with. The other brands were runny, grainy, sticky or didn't moisturize enough. This one is just the right consistency, comfortable after it dries and is non-irritating. It does it all and is worth every penny.

I’ve tried a lot of lotions and creams for my feet. When my sister's podiatrist recommended this, I thought I would try it for myself. This delivers exceptional results for my cracked heels. What I like most is that it works without being greasy or overly thick. The consistency is perfect — easy to apply, absorbs well, and leaves my feet feeling soft and hydrated. Another big plus is that it has no smell, which I really appreciate. I use it every other day or sometimes every three days right after I get out of the shower, and it keeps my feet looking great. . My heels feel much smoother and I am absolutely ready for sandals. If you want a simple, effective foot cream that does exactly what it promises, this one is definitely worth trying.

⚠️‼️⚠️LONG REVIEW WARNING⚠️‼️⚠️ **This is an Eczema/Psoriasis/Sensitive Skin Friendly Product!! -For ME-** I have all 3 of those skin issues and the product did not irritate MY skin with ONLY ONCE DAILY USE. After using the first time the results actually blew me away!! So, 2-3 hours after applying with spa socks on, I took them off and saw that the soles of my feet looked smoother and felt softer! Ooo La La, Sis! 😯😍🤩I couldn’t believe how much better my feel looked and felt from one use!! The soles of my feet looked better after 1 use of this lotion than they used to look after getting a pedicure!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!! It was incredible! So what did I do? Well, I immediately went in for a second use, of course! ⚠️‼️2nd Application Mistake!⚠️‼️After smearing on more cream, I slapped on my spa socks, sat back and reveled in thoughts of my soon to be model quality feet! Wooo!! Yeah! ✊🏼 But.. That’s not what happened! Within 15 minutes of my 2nd use I had severe itching on each of my arches and around each ankle. (I did not and do not put the cream directly onto my ankles. It likely got on them from sliding the spa socks on over my lotion-smeared feet. Plus, it was the second time within just a few hours) I did not experience any pain or burning sensations, just a very annoying, super intense ITCH.. The kind of itch that makes you wish you could just cut off whichever body part it is that’s itching!😩😅Washing it off and applying some lidocaine itch relief cream did the trick and I was fine. I did wait 24 hours before using the product again though. That being said, I don’t recommend for anyone to use this more than once a day and especially if you have any skin conditions like mine or otherwise or if you tend to have sensitive skin. Now I have incorporated this into my nightly bedtime skin care routine and sleep with this cream smeared on with spa socks on my feet every night and have had zero issues with itching or anything else ever again! The results have been wild! Absolutely mad! Insane, actually! I have been used it 7 months now and my feet are so smooth, soft, and pretty!! Which is a big deal .. for me! Nothing has helped my cuticles stay hydrated since hard as hoofs cuticle cream but that didn’t even soften my finger tips like this cream does.

I give this product 4.5 stars actually and that's largely because, while it is a good and effective product, I'm comparing it to my experience with prescription cream. So I have the heels of a monster, so much so there was **no way** i was taking and posting before and after pics. My heels become very dry and very cracked and basically covered in thick white calloused dried out skin every winter. Last year, I used a very, very expensive prescription gel that was 40% Urea and came in a tiny narrow vial that really shouldn't cost that much money. My insurance actually only covered a "cheaper" version of the gel (read: still expensive) and for whatever reason, it took the pharmacy a really long time to fill. But it took 2 days, seriously, 2 days, for my monster feet to look human. Within 5 days, I had enviable human feet - feet without callouses or cracks and looked perfect. So dubious as I was about the volume of medicine in that tiny, narrow vial - a little totally went a long way. I went to fill my second prescription and for whatever reason the pharmacy (Walgreens mind you) kept sending me messages that there was a delay and basically never filled it. I became frustrated and started scouring Amazon to see if I could find a reputable non prescription cream with 40% urea so I could bypass the pharmacy. Enter PurSources. The good: this foot cream is much cheaper, you get a lot more product and pay so much less - the free pumice stone and scrubber is a really nice touch, and thankfully the product shipped fast. The just OK: after using this cream mostly religiously for 2 weeks, I've achieved the result I got with the prescription in 2 days. Let me repeat - it took 2 weeks to make my feet look just dry and cracked and not monstrous in what the gel did in 2 days. Again tho, this stuff is cheap, and it DOES work, it just requires a lot more time for me personally. Right now my regimen is to put it on before bed and put on socks - a must because this stuff is sticky and tacky and leaves a weird dry crumbling residue so if you value your sheets, wear socks. When i wake and go to shower, I have to scrub this off my feet quickly so i don't slip in the tub (yup, slimy when wet). I use the pumice stone after everything is rinsed off and after my shower i lotion my feet with CeraVe and put on socks again. The upside is within 5 days I saw that the product was working and now that I'm rounding off 2 weeks, the difference is staggering. I just wish it would've happened faster for me. The not so great: I feel this is time consuming - it's kind of a pain to have this foot regimen but, if i want nice feet in lieu of a prescription, then this is it. Overall, again this is a good product but I wish it'd work faster on me. I'm probably a tough case though if not the toughest. I'm hoping by week 3 I'll have beautiful feet but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

I bought this in January after spending way too much money on other foot creams that barely did anything. I'm on my feet all day for work and my heels get absolutely destroyed. They were so cracked and rough that wearing certain shoes was actually painful. This stuff works. Like, actually works. I've been using it every night before bed for about six weeks and the difference is dramatic. The deep cracks in my heels have filled in and smoothed out. The thick calluses on the balls of my feet are way softer. My feet actually look normal now instead of like sandpaper. The 40% urea is no joke. You can feel it working when you put it on. It tingles a little bit at first on really cracked areas but not in a painful way, more like you can tell it's doing something. The cream absorbs pretty quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue which I appreciate because I hate wearing socks to bed. I use it at night after a shower when my feet are clean and slightly damp. Just massage it into the rough areas and let it do its thing overnight. In the morning my feet feel noticeably softer. After the first week I could already see improvement. The consistency is thick but not hard to spread. A little goes a long way so the jar is lasting me longer than I expected. The smell is mild and herbal, not overpowering or medicinal. I'm guessing that's the tea tree oil and chamomile. I also started using it on my elbows which get really dry and rough in the winter. Works great there too. The dead skin just kind of sloughs off naturally over a few days instead of staying thick and scaly. Non greasy is accurate. I can walk around after applying it without slipping on my floors. Some foot creams leave this oily film that gets everywhere but this one doesn't. The ingredients list looks good to me. Aloe and chamomile are soothing so even though it's a strong exfoliating cream it doesn't irritate my skin. Made in the USA is a plus and I like that it's not tested on animals. My only complaint is I wish the jar was bigger. For how much I'm using it I'll probably need to reorder in another month or so. Not a huge deal but a larger size option would be nice. If you have seriously rough, cracked feet and other products haven't worked, try this. It's stronger than the regular drugstore foot creams and you can actually see results. My feet haven't looked this good in years and I can wear sandals again without being self conscious. Worth every penny. Already recommended it to three coworkers who have the same problem from being on their feet all day.

If you have problems with dry scaly skin like my son does. He has a problem with skin, turnover and skin thickening, and I put this on him all over and let it sit for about an hour before I shower him. He is sick and bedbound and the dry skin just melts away. This is the most amazing cream, but you need a lot. I wish it came in a larger container, but I would definitely order this again, especially if you have skin thickening.

I would give this 5 stars for the first time I ordered it, amazing. The last jar am not sure what is going on but it has made my feet look worse. (I used it for my heels to keep them nice and soft after using a foot filer etc. This time it didn't come with the spatula and has been worse. I don't know why, but I'm going to Sally's for their cream a friend said was amazing and also cheaper. Don't expect consistency. Having to spray it off with thermal spring water is wild...used it the same way! Very disappointed.

I’ve been using this cream, and I’m really impressed with the results. It made my dry, rough skin much softer in just a few days. It works especially well on my heels and other dry areas. The cream absorbs nicely, and a little goes a long way. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone with very dry skin.

Beleive me i have searched so long for an efficient cream for my severe cracks on my man feet and i have tried countless creams hoping it would ameliorate my problem ...without success. But i have found a great product i will continue with Pursources. Effect was almost instant. It softens the callusses , hydrate really well the problematic ares. And for the first time, it made the cracked skin on my big toe almost disapear. At some points especially during summer, it was so cracked that it bled a little. But it wont happens this summer because i found this amazing cream! It penetrates fast so you can walk freely after without leaving foot prints. Really have nothing bad to say about!

A bit expensive and not really good. I prefer the 20% urea cream from my local pharmacy which seems to do a better job on my dry skin than this one.
