Is there a trick to make the brush head stay on? I have to hold it on with my thumb when brushing my teeth. It's kind of tricky.

I had the same problem. I bought another one, and still, same thing. So I just twisted the brush head on really good. It's a little out of line from where it should be but it doesn't make a difference as far as fitting back into the sanitizer.

I’m trying to find a replacement for the tao brush base and all i have located are the replacement “heads”. any advise would be appreciated:). ty!

Contact the manufacturer directly through their website. Had an issue with just the handle on mine and they responded very quickly! (I know it’s been a long time since this question was asked, but wanted to share my good experience with their CS)

Planning to give this as a gift for someone in Australia. Do I need to use a voltage regulator to make it work there (220)?

The range is 100-240V. It will work in Australia, but you'd need to use a converter as the plug is US version. Hope this was helpful! Thank you, TAO Clean Customer Service

im worried about purchasing after review of head dropping off!! how do you brush your teeth and hold it at the same time?

I have not had this issue at all.
