iChoc VEGAN Chocolate Bar 80g - 2.82Oz (Milkless Milk Chocolate)

God do I wish they sold this brand in the USA. This shipped from the UK and when it arrived it was put in my mailbox, which in the hot Southern sun was melted when I went to grab it. But that didn't matter. I put it in the fridge for a few hours and later that evening when I was craving something sweet....THIS was waiting for me. IT TASTES EXACTLY LIKE MILK CHOCOLATE!!!!!! It's so freaking good. I have had to switch to a dairy free diet and the one thing i was missing most was chocolate. This was so good. I might buy it again if I get desperate but at $10 a bar, it was a luxury.

i liked the fact that this was thoroughly protected during the shipment, it had so much protection i was actually surprised by it. The flavor was delightful and the texture was... i suppose... melty? it was smooth that much i can tell you, no grainy texture, no waxy taste, or even a lack of flavor. this bar was pretty much worth in my opinion, the only issue i had is the packaging it seems really intense for the chocolate bar, but it did stay protected, so honestly shouldn't complain.

I was disappointed.I did not get a good cocoa flavor. It tasted somewhat waxy to me.

My wife, an avid chocolate lover, was recently diagnosed with Alpha-gal and can therefore no longer consume mammal products because she is now allergic. Trying to find a tasty replacement for milk chocolate has been a real challenge. This chocolate bar has a flavor profile very similar to non-vegan products. I have not tried to melt it for cooking and making chocolate covered strawberries though.

It does taste like milk chocolate, so I added an extra star for difficulty. But it tastes like cheap milk chocolate. And I'm no snob. I love just about every candy bar you see at any common grocery store. Packaging was fine. No signs of melting or freezing. It was about 60 degrees outside when it arrived, so your experience may differ.

I ordered this for my mother. She enjoyed it a lot. Wouldn't even share. She really liked that a vegan chocolate tastes so good - see the not sharing bit.

I'm not able to return this item. Was recieved no good. Looks to be heated then cooled again or just old. The cookie one that I did get with this was good.
