I ordered this Comfier Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager Chair Pad on a Wednesday and was enjoying it in the comfort of my home on Saturday evening! There are many features about this Comfier Massager Chair Pad that I really appreciate. It's very well constructed out of quality fabric & materials, using heavy duty sewing thread and secured stitching throughout. Both the Massage Unit itself & the Neck Roller Portion feature Quality Mesh Fabric, which I feel really matters, as I have had issues with other massagers where the mesh was worn through in a short amount of time. In the Main Unit, Mesh is centered over the area where the Four 1" Back Roller Heads are located (2 on each side.) In the Neck Roller Section, the entire Washable, Removable Neck Roller Cover is made of Mesh. This portion of the unit features Two - 2" Roller Heads, (1 on each side.) I like that the Neck Massager Section offers Individual Control Settings from the Main Unit which allows me to use Both Massage Sections Simultaneously Or Separately. Comfier includes an attractive Fabric Cover Piece that attaches to the Back of the Main Unit using Very Strong Velcro. It drapes over the front of the unit and can be used to soften the intensity of the massage rollers. I leave it on as added protection for the Mesh fabric it covers. The 16" wide x 14"deep x 1.5" thick Padded Seat Cushion also features a Washable Removable Cover with a well placed, easy to manipulate zipper that makes removing/replacing the Seat Cushion Cover a breeze! The Bottom of the Seat Cushion Cover is coated in small silicone dots which act as grippers to secure placement of the cushion & main unit. NOTE: These small pieces of silicone have tiny sharp tips which might leave indents on or poke tiny holes into the surface of whatever you place the cushion on. I use a thick towel to prevent the grippers from leaving pin prick marks in my chair's leather seat. The Main Unit's Upper Section measures 31" in height x 18 1/2" in width (at widest point). As my images show, the Office Chair I was certain would be large enough to properly seat the massage pad on fell short. The Unit is a bit Larger than I imagined it would be. (For reference, my office chair seat measures 24"w x 17"d with the chair back measuring 20"H x 21"W. ) The Main Unit Also Includes 2"w Elastic Bands with Velcro Fasteners which wrap around the Back of the Chair for added stability. On another note, while some might find them to be a nuisance, I find the Wing-Like Side Sections of the Main Unit help me to feel more secure & relaxed when using the unit. Power - The unit Must be plugged into an electrical socket for power. Rest assured that Comfier did NOT skimp on Length where the cables needed to power the unit are concerned. There is an 8" section of cable permanently attached to the bottom of the main unit. That connects to a 58" long, flatter & thinner cable, the opposite end of which plugs into one end of the power supply. The portion of cable from the other end of the power supply to the wall outlet measures another 60" in length. The Remote Control for the unit measures 6.5" x 2.5". It's relatively flat and comfortable to grip. There are small Blue LED Display Lights for the Different Setting Options, HOWEVER, they are Not Bright Enough to Illuminate the Function Icons next to each blue light without an additional light source. Before I forget, I want to credit the designer of this massager chair pad for adding a conveniently placed Storage Pocket on the Main Unit to store the remote when not in use. Attention to the little details really does make a difference. Overall this is a High Quality Product Offered By A Reputable Company at an Affordable Price. I Truly Am Enjoying My Comfier Neck & Back Massager Chair Pad & Highly Recommend You Try It!

I’m giving this five stars because it does exactly what I hoped it would do. The massage feels strong enough to be useful without feeling too rough, and I really like that I can adjust the settings depending on what area needs more attention. The neck and back massage features are especially helpful, and the heat adds a nice level of comfort when I’m feeling tense or stiff. It fits well on a regular chair, which makes it easy to use at home without needing a full massage chair. I also appreciate that it feels sturdy and simple to operate. This is one of those products that actually feels worth the money, especially if you sit for long periods or deal with regular neck, shoulder, or back tightness. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient at-home massage option. Five stars from me.

This chair provides deep massage. The compression feature is unique & works well on the hips. It appears to be durable & well made unlike other massage chairs I've had. The fit of the height of the neck massage works well. The intensity of the shiatsu is strong & I am very happy with this product

I accidentally broke our Brookstone massager just like this one and wanted to just replace with the same one, but Brookstone no longer makes it and since it's been around 5 years, it's out of stock everywhere. I purchased a regular Comfier massage chair last year to have a light weight one for travel, which did work out well, so finding this one from the same company made me more confident that it would be a good substitute. The most important feature to me was the air compression, as it helps my Fibro pain. I appreciate the level options for this feature -- something Brookstone's didn't have! The heat is another essential feature and it was a comfortable temperature. The optional padding over the back rollers also has the potential to come in clutch when my Fibro is bad, making me far more sensitive. The only complaint I have is the run time not having options as well. 15 min is not nearly long enough for those with chronic pain like me, but I can see it being ok for my husband or on days before work when I don't have time for a longer massage. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but showing you know your customer means knowing chronic pain sufferers will be a decent demographic of your business, which means time options should be one of the priorities. At least two: 15 and 30. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase so far! Thank you, Comfier, I am in less pain because of your product. 🙇‍♂️
