Will these work with air fit p10?

No, these will not work with the Swift Air Fit P10. The headgear is completely different between ResMed and Airfit; I have used both and the nasal pillows are not interchangeable.

I bought this item and i recieved a different item. i need to return to have replaced. but, the return option through amazon will not allow me? help!!

Sometimes they don't want it returned, but will provide a refund. If that is the case, you are free to do whatever you wish (sell, donate, dispose) with the original. If there is no refund offered you will need to contact Customer Service.

How do I set up regular bi- or tri-monthly deliveries

There may be a couple of different ways to set up regular deliveries. One is using Subscribe and Save, which will also save some money and is an excellent resource. The other is to use Alexa to set up a routine for reordering your products. I have used the first a lot and loved it!
