Great to top up faded colour
I have my hair professionally coloured blue every few months. My next appointment is a month away and I had an event this weekend I wanted to look nice for but didn't want anything that would damage or affect my existing dye job. Bought this with some skepticism and did a test strand. It worked a treat to brighten up my faded and washed-out bits, so I did my whole head in turquoise and then painted darker blue and purple accents in over top of it. It worked really well and it left my hair soft and super conditioned. I know it will wash out very fast but that was a bonus for me. It will do the job and make my hair look nice for the event this weekend. My natural hair colour is a dark auburn and I have it bleached to about a 6 so it's pretty pale yellow before my dye goes on, and over the months it fades to both a greenish yellow and silvery white because I have three different shades of blue and purple. The L'Oreal mask went on easily and patched in the faded parts and brightened up the blue that was still holding on. 10/10 will buy again!

Metallic Fuchsia, 10/10 Would Recommend!!
I LOVE THIS! AND THE COLOR!!! I got the metallic fuchsia color. I have really thin baby like hair, so one tube lasted me through 2 hair dyes. And it doesnt wash out like youd think, a little rinses out with the first wash. But its been phenomenal for me 💟💟 the only problem for me is when I bought it, it was only 11$ now its up to 16$ so I guess I got it onsale. Ill still be buying it again 💯 also the kit comes with 3 pairs of gloves and instructions plus the tube of dye its all a fairly simple process. If you have darker hair youll need to bleach it first. But trust me its worth it once you see how bright and beautiful and pink it comes out! When its first dyed like in the first week of wearing it , it is so bright it literally looks metallic in the sun. So 10/10 RUN GO BUY IT !!!Also this was my first time dying my hair since I was a kid and this stuff made it so worth it and the process so easy! I would even go as far to say it last longer than a hair salons hair dye.

Pretty color, fades quickly
My hair was at level 7–8, and I used 3 boxes. The result didn’t disappoint, the color turned out more vibrant than a soft pastel pink, but I actually love it. It’s exactly the shade I was looking for. However, it fades super, as shown in the pictures for reference. I’d recommend using a pink color depositing shampoo for touch-ups, it’s much cheaper than dyeing it a 2nd time.

Great color deposit
We like using this product. We have tried several colors and all turn out exactly as shown on the side of the box (depending on natural hair color). We also like that it does wash out/fade as advertised. We use these as a fun summer hair color for our kids.

Not what I thought “two piece set” meant…
Two problems:First of all the listing said “two piece set” so I assumed that would mean two boxes of the product shown in the listing.I only received one box for the product shown containing one tube of hair color. But I suppose it was a two piece set in a way…Because after using it, I simply do not believe the hair color in the tube was what was supposed to be in the box. This is the first time I’ve used this brand and am (or was) working towards a true silver but still had some residual blue and teal left in my hair even after bleaching. My bleached hair ranges from a level10 at the ends to about halfway between 8-9 at the roots. I do have some naturally silver hair but am not even 15% grey at the most prevalent places.I thought it looked a bit dark coming out of the tube and after I had applied it in a few areas, I actually even added some white conditioner to try to dilute it a bit.And I only left it on for 15 minutes because it just seemed to be getting too dark.My hair is indigo to electric blue. It’s not even remotely like the color on the box at any of the levels shown. When I looked online it looks like the color of the plastic tube for this color should be a dark color with a white cap and the color itself should have been fairly lavender toned. The tube in the box I received was white with a black cap labeled as “blue” and the dye itself was a dark bluish purple.I don’t hate the finished product but this was not at all what I was trying to do and have probably set myself back several weeks given how dark some of the areas are. I really hope this fades as quickly as some people say it does.Interestingly enough the areas that came out the closest to the box were the ones that had residual teal left in them and/or received the diluted color. While my truly lightened areas are the darkest and most indigo. One of these days I’ll learn to do a strand test first….

Vibrant but Splotchy Color
Background: I dye my hair a lot at home. It takes color very well. I have used similar dyes before. My hair is to my shoulders and I used the entire tube, so you may need two if you have longer or thicker hair. The package came with one time and like 8 gloves. Why it came with so many cheap gloves, I have no idea.Since people were having minimal results with the color and there are not many harmful chemicals, I left it on for double the time to hopefully get more noticeable results. When I first rinsed it out, I was shocked how vivid it was (much more than any of the product images showed). It only took to my blonde highlights and was a little spotty, even though I've dyed my hair before and know how to make it even.Since it was more intense than I wanted, each time I took a shower, I would shampoo twice: once with toner shampoo and once with regular shampoo. I was hoping this would make the pink softer and blend in better. I would say that after about a week, it was still very prominent but more what I was hoping to achieve. I ended up having to get highlights because it was not washing out and it was not professional enough for the new job I started. With the highlights, the pink is still there but it looks more like rose gold highlights, like I originally wanted.Just be aware that the color may vary greatly from person-to-person. Also, it stained my pillow case a little, so I would put a towel on your pillow each time you wash it to be careful. See attached photos to see what the hair color looked like as time progressed (final picture is with my highlights at the end).

Very good!
The color is pretty dark compared to box, though I'm sure after a wash or two the color will be closer to the box. The coverage is very consistent. Will buy again. I purchased #purple400.

Love this product!
I have salt and pepper hair and these have worked great on my gray hair! I have used burgundy, indigo, and teal. Teal was my least favorite as it turned green after a couple of washes but I should have expected that. I'm never sure what color it'll actually turn out to be since there isn't a color guide for my hair color but thats part of the fun!

Not recommended
It has stained my hands , my neck, all the parts of my body thats in contact with my hair after wash and dry .Very bad .Never had a hair dye like this before

Disappointed
Even if o pre lightened/ bleached hair the pink hardly comes through, and surely fades in a wash or twoCertainly doesn't match to the other shades of L'Oréal colouristsHighly disappointed

Me encanta

Fun and colourful!
PREPARE Make sure you have the product package in-front of you! It will be really helpful.FORMAT your review nicely! One line reviews are not very helpful. Try to have at least 3 or 4 sentences in your review, it gives other shoppers a chance to understand your experience better. And it makes it more readable.I was really excited to try Loreal Paris Colorista in soft pink because I love the colour and love that it comes in a tube big enough for multiple applications, though it would depend on how much hair you have and if you do it all or just highlight. Its semi-permanent and washes out in 4-8 shampoos.I have light blonde hair so I didn't bleach my hair first. I left it in for about half an hour but actually just applied it to dry hair as opposed to the damp hair mentioned in the instructions since I read that other people were doing so. I don't think that was a problem at all. I really like that it washes out slowly and I don't have to dye all of my hair. I just dyed a bottom layer of my long hair so that you can see it underneath when I turn my head or have my hair pushed to one side or in a ponytail. I really love how it turned out! It turned out just as the picture shows on the box. I'm going to try to streak my hair with it next. I think thats my fave aspect of it..the versatility... the fact that you can add it to your hair however you want and you can also add more later as the tube has enough dye for multiple applications.I think this is a fun way to add some colour to your hair without committing to a long term dye/one thats difficult to remove or change. I don't know how well a light colour like this (soft pink) would turn out on darker hair. Its recommended for light hair, so if you have dark hair you'd probably have to bleach it first. I don't think there are any drawbacks. I'm really looking forward to experimenting with different colours!
