As these are slim design ,the female can also wear these pants.They have no pockets and the crotch could lay flat.

Do they come in youth sizes?

I got the pants variation for a girl I coach at the academy, she is around 155cm tall and medium was a good fit for her so I guess small should fit youth size, you can always try it and do a return if it doesnt fit but double check with amazon regarding the return for items sold and shipped by third party seller first
