Russell Stover Dark Chocolate Roman Nougat, 19 oz. Box

Roman Nougats were always one of my favorites in the dark chocolate covered assortment. So, when I found I could order them separately I was thrilled. I was surprised to see that they were just loose in the box (each in their own corrugated paper cup) but they made it through the shipping fine, with only one or two casualties, but even these were still intact and edible. I don't know how they would make it in the summertime however. I was also surprised to find that they were even softer and fresher than the ones that come in the assortment! When I came back today to order another box however, I was devastated to find that they're not available now. Perhaps it's just for the summer. I sure hope so because I am thoroughly addicted to these and they will be one of my frequent purchases!

These chocolates never disappoint. Always great. Special order for a special occasion. Never did this before. Everything arrived intact and fresh tasting. Only forewarning...weather delays can happen, so plan a little extra time. Not sure if you can save the $10 packing fee by ordering in cool weather. Even with heat & delays, well-packaged to withstand it's travel hazards. Still tasted super and made an appreciated gift for the new grad's requested gift. Would definitely do again.

I love this candy, and will gladly order it again. I took a star off just because the chocolate was a bit busted up and there were crumbs and dust all over the inside of the box that made it fairly messy to eat. Otherwise, it was exactly what I wanted and the candy seemed fresh.

The chocolates were damage like a crush. I liked them but was disappointed. I would reorder but I don't like paying a premium price and get damaged product.

This is my favorite candy.Wish it cost less but, seems inline for what you're getting.I used to get the mixed boxes primarily just to get the couple Roman nougat (both dark and milk chocolate are good but, dark is my favorite)Good quality and yummy!

I love this candy! The only complaint is that the last time I ordered the DARK chocolate and I received milk chocolate instead. I'll try it again. (I went ahead and ate the milk chocolate, but I like the dark better.)

These are my favorite candy in the world, but was pretty pricey.

The candy itself is absolutely delicious. The issue is that it arrived melted and soft and had to be refrigerated to harden up in order to even be able to pick up a candy. Is was packed with a cold pack that I presume was frozen originally but by the time I received it 2 days later it was completely warm and soft. Considering I paid $27.00 ! Yes I did say $27.00 for shipping alone I think that’s pretty sad. I would not order again due to this and it’s definitely not giftable because of the poor shipping method.
