I can honestly say this cream has been a miracle worker for my feet. I deal with peripheral neuropathy, which makes dry, flaky skin and cracked heels an ongoing issue for me. I’ve tried a lot of products over time, and most either sit on top of the skin or only give temporary relief—but this one actually works. Within just a few applications, I noticed a big difference. The cracks in my heels started healing quickly, and the rough, dry skin softened dramatically. It doesn’t just mask the problem—it helps repair it. My feet feel smoother, more hydrated, and much more comfortable overall. The texture is rich but absorbs well, so it doesn’t leave your feet feeling greasy. I usually apply it at night, and by morning my skin already feels noticeably better. As an added bonus, it’s also helped clear up patches of eczema. That was something I wasn’t even expecting, but it made a huge difference. If you struggle with cracked heels, dry feet, or skin issues like eczema—especially if you have neuropathy—this is absolutely worth trying. I'm mid-way through my second tub and three more arrived today. I've used a few different urea products and have decided to make this among the two that will forever be in my skin care arsenal. I was skeptical with the first tub as I used a different high strength urea product previously and ASDToTio doesn't have the strong urea smell, and I can't detect the tea tree oil; smells that I am *not* fond of, but they sure do help my skin. I figured I'd use this, too, exclusively at night but with almost no smell, I wear running errands and such without feeling self-conscious. The best part is that it works very well and seems to be a bit more gentle with my skin than the other high percentage creams that I've used. Maybe the coconut oil? I don't know, but I sure do appreciate the results! I absolutely DO NOT recommend that you try this, but I have used this on my face repeatedly without irritation. The issues continue to reduce so that now they are islands leaving behind much improved texture and brightness. I am a senior experiencing significant skin issues and this good quality, reasonably priced, product allows me to apply this liberally as and where needed. I suspect it will shave months off of my recovery for which I am more grateful than words can convey. When I figure out my "maintenance" need, I am most certainly making this a subscription product. Per the dermatologist's instructions, I use this on my cracked heels. It works fairly well but you have to apply it daily. It doesn't get rid of the condition but it does soften and keep them from cracking and bleeding.

I'm diabetic, I was told by my podiatrist to use a Urea based cream and this cream has kept my feet in great shape. Smooth and soft when they used to be dry and scaly. The price is right too, compared to other brands that cost more, this cream has been the best for me.
