Perfect for its job
I work from home alot, and i fill this up in the morning and use it throughout the day. By 8pm at night (12 hours later) the water inside of it is still warm enough to make a brew with (providing you drink it straight away) and could still actually be warm enough to wash to hands with 24 hours later....it really is good. The pump on it is so easy too, one single push and hold will fill a standard mug without the need to keep pushing like some I've used in the past.

Not keeping water hot
Using it for about few months Week 1 held up the hot for 8-10hrs. Since then has deteriorated, holding for 2 hrs only now. How to claim warranty

Kept coffee hot for hours
These worked perfectly for a coffee bar at a wedding. Kept the coffee hot. No glass liner to worry about breaking. Good size and looked nice.
