Wonderful Knife
I am a knife โsnobโ, I love to cook, all I ever used was Henkel knifes (the expensive ones). My husband found these knives, and with a good deal of doubt, I purchased one. I was surprised, great quality, very sharp, cuts beautifully. Now a couple draw backs, these must be oiled, and they do not hold their edge as long as Henkels. I never leave my knives in dish water, I clean them and dry the immediately and put them up. Any moisture left on these knives will cause the black area to rust, nice thing the knife comes with oil. The packaging is beautiful comes in a very nice wooden box. The price point is excellent. I have purchased another one of these knives. Highly recommend.

A solid cleaver that fits in the hand and made from sturdy materials
The cleaver is a tool of excellent quality that has some weight to it. The cleaver's handle feels good in your hand and the blade is razor sharp and perfect for cutting meat. The cleaver is beautiful and well made with a thick blade and as a bonus it comes in a well packaged wooden box. In my opinion it is an excellent example of Japanese quality and manufacturing techniques.

Very nice ๐
Great boning knife. It's heavy enough to help cut through bones but not so heavy it's a strain on your arm. 10 outa 10 would recommend

Rust grows on the knife constantly
The knife cuts well. However, the thing that bothers me is it gets rusty easily! The rust grow on the dented black portion of the knife. Although it is easily to be wiped off, but you have the risk to get the rusty material into your food. It is the bottom line that any kitchen metal product should not rust at least. With the price we pay for this knife, rust is unacceptable. It is a serious heath issue that could result a law suit! Be careful!

Beautiful, heavy, sharp
Really love this knife, its heavier than I expected, and I like how thick the back side of the blade is, great for when your giving it a whack to cut through some bones.

Very sharp and stylish
I love this knife ๐ก๏ธ. It's the second one I received. Both as Christmas gifts from my son. They're stylish and feel great!!! They also come in a nice case.

Good cleaver
It's chop the poultry bones very well. It is heavy enough to do so. I never try to cut the other type of bones (proc and beef), but I don't think it could do so. The cleaver blade is think for bones chop, but not wide enough. I would give it a 5 stars if it is wide enough.
