Does this works on regular nail polish and top coat as well?

It does not work well with regular polish and top coat. The results will not be the chrome effect desired. The powders work best with gel polish and gel top coat.

What are the steps to apply this?

Make sure that your nails are really smooth. The polish underneath shouldn't have any bumps or streaks. (I had a lime green in underneath to make the green more noticeable). Wipe with a cloth. I used an eyeshadow sponge applicator to apply. Dip into powder and spread on to nail from bed to tip in a thin coat. A little goes a long way! Once the entire nail is covered to your liking, use the top coat of your choice. (YouTube videos are also incredibly helpful!)

does this work in slime

I don't think it will work because this isn't a glitter it is a powder, you could try it and see if it works but you will need to mix it super well and you will need a lot of it.

Can I put this under epoxy and resin for a wood project?

I bought this to paint onto molds before I pour black resin and it’s gorgeous!! It stays really well for me, it may depend on your project. It is a really small container but the color does not disappoint
