Emerald Home Chambers Creek Brown Upholstered Dining Chair with Nailhead Trim, Set of Two

These chairs were a bit difficult to assemble but once put together they are very sturdy They are super comfortable to sit on.

The chairs themselves are alright. Unfortunately, one of them came with a wrong piece so we are unable to put it together. We contacted customer service for a replacement piece. They needed our receipt, a description of the piece we needed and a photo. We supplied them with all of these and they told us they needed to "review" our case to see if they can replace it. We weren't asking for a new chair, just a small piece of wood the correct size so we can put the legs together; we don't even have a problem shipping back the offending piece. We received the email where they said they were going to look into it two months ago and have heard absolutely nothing back.

Chairs are very comfortable. Just a little wobble that was solved with a piece of felt.

None of the holes were lined up for the screws.. Terrible to assemble Very poorly made!

I ordered two of these chairs to put at the ends of our dining table. They are very comfortable. My husband is big man and has a bad back. They are a good size and comfortable for his back. The bonus is that the fabric on them matches our sofa and recliner that we bought from Ashley furniture 6 months or so before we bought the two dining chairs. So that was awesome. They go great with Farmhouse Rustic (Which is my decorating style.) Beautiful chairs! Good money value, too.
