Product quality was good but instead of 20 balloons I received only 18 and instead of 12 swirl I received only 10 swirls.

Poor Quality, Not per expectation
First of all, colors are not bright & most imp worst quality balloons. Balloons - WORST quality, not a single one lasted for more than 30 mins. All burst. I had to rush to market to get new ones. Dangler - keep falling. Finally I had to tape them with given thread. Also, made of Paper & not foil, difficult to open, paper getting tear out or leaving tear marks. HB Banner - some letters with one hole keep sliding in curved hanging
