I initially wrote to the sellers about this product as the instructions for where the USB port was located was worded incorrectly . It stated that the USB port was “located in the right rear , the lower part of the wiper switch”. Which was realized when the seller, (who by the way responded extremely fast) sent a photo of the USB port placement. It turned put to be BELOW the wiper switch, in an obscure location when everything is assembled, I did however, eventually locate it. This product coming from Asia, I can see the translation/explanation being a bit off the mark, but the seller was gracious, courteous and quick. Everything is working as it should and I am happy, not only with the product, but the seller. Any other review, before or after this one was to be meant as a private communication from myself to the seller and in no way demonstrates any negative view of the seller what so ever.

This product is great! It has pretty good instructions and there is a video online you can follow to install. Great quality even though some of the parts are 3D printed. It made my truck driving experience awesome, especially when combined with VR!

I've been having a lot of fun with this on ATS. The insulation did take a min but the instructions were clear & easy to understand.

Did not work out for me I would not buy it again

Mount took a couple hours but overall worth it in the end, DO NOT use the included screwdriver for the three main screws that hold the original column of the wheel i ended up stripping one save yourself the headache. The 3d print is kind of off and it moves slightly when i turn the wheel, other than that it works how it should and is really cool.

Love the product. Only issue I have is the cover wasn’t in the box to cover for the switches so everything is exposed

I was a bit scared because it wasn't an official add on, but this honestly works great, and the video instructions they included made installation really simple and easy to follow. 10/10, highly recommend!

It worked for about 8 minutes and then quit. Won't stay connected to my pc.

Everything works, some assembly required but there is step by step videos to make it easy, however I did not receive the shroud for the unit, I triple checked all the contents of the package and it is no where to be found. And I cannot find any contact information on the seller.
