Vmai Electric Mop, Cordless With Detachable Battery & 300Ml Water Tank, Spin Mop Led Headlight And Sprayer, For Hardwood, Tile, Laminate Floor, 50Db Working Noise

I bought this preparing to be disappointed.. I was worried as a dog owner that It wouldn’t work. WELL I WAS WRONG! Not only did it it cut my cleaning in half, my back and wrists didn’t hurt after. It’s very affective, and I’m very happy with it thus far. I have 3 dog’s 1 is a messy always bringing mud/dirt and ick inside and I found I was always back breaking scrubbing my floors with a mop or swiffer. Well NOT ANYMORE! I have a 3,000sqf house, and the battery still has a lot of juice after I did both floors! I had to refill the tank 3 times which wasn’t a bother. If you have tile, with deep grout it won’t get in it but it does amazing on any other surface. My floors look brand new and I’m beyond satisfied with it. I kinda want to buy 1 for my sister and my mother in law! So worth it! GET IT!

I recently purchased the VMAI electronic mop, and it’s been a total game changer for my cleaning routine. The build quality feels solid right out of the box, and it’s surprisingly lightweight for how powerful it is. The dual spinning pads do an excellent job lifting dirt and grime off my floors with minimal effort on my part—honestly, it almost feels like it’s doing the work for me. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had a small issue so I reached out to their support team. They responded quickly, were extremely friendly, and walked me through everything step-by-step. It’s rare these days to get that kind of attentive and helpful service, and it definitely made the experience even better. The battery life has been more than enough to clean my entire home in one go, and I appreciate how quiet it is compared to other cleaning tools. It glides smoothly across hardwood and tile, and even handles tougher spots without needing much pressure. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the product and the company behind it. If you’re looking for an efficient, easy-to-use electronic mop backed by excellent customer support, this one is absolutely worth it.

Keeps floors clean and polished. Little underpowered but works well as weekly maintenance.

Didn't work, so I am returning it. Battery never charged up.

Great little machine. I had it stored safely in a bedroom closet and hadn't used it in a while. I took it out the other day to give my hardwoods a good clean and buff and it wouldn't start. I contacted their Customer Service. I was blown away by the quick and accommodating service they provided me. They are going to replace the machine (even though my warranty is over) and I couldn't be more pleased. It is a good quality mop and works extremely well when functioning and I highly recommend it. The mops are on back-order and may take a month for me to receive, but I'll update this review when (if) it's delivered.
