I have tried this suppost for some days and it has done all the difference for me physically. I am 33 weeks pregnant and starting to feel pain on my pelvic and back area. I've tried the belt for a few hours while out and about, and I must say that it gives some comfort, supporting your belly and relieving your back. I worn it on top of my leggins and under my dress, it was barely visible and it stayed in place. Overall, seems to be a good product.

I bought this band to help with sciatica pain during pregnancy. It’s well-made, supportive, and easy to use, which I appreciated. However, I’m usually a size XS-S, and even with my pregnancy bump, the band didn’t fit snugly enough to be effective. It kept shifting and just didn’t provide the support I needed.If you’re on the petite side, this might not be the best fit — but it could work well for others with a larger frame.

I cannot tell if it helps when pregnant. I bought this to help me after a surgery. It did the job. I only used it for a few times, then I got better. I keep it, just in case.
