It only lasted about 1.5 year!!!! Warranty is only for one year!!! Poor quality!!!

Good replacement
This PRV fit the bill for what was required. Needed to replace a failed ~70 year old (different brand) valve that no longer reduced pressure. A bit of an effort to remove the old (desoldering). Install was good... just take your time & do it right. Was able to easily bring back on line and adjust the pressure down to the 60 psi required. Let's see how long this one lasts.
