Motorola Smart Family Scale - Bluetooth Connected Weight Management App with Baby Growth and Normal Mode Tracking

It works great for tracking weight - you step on the scale, weight yourself, then step back on holding baby. Not only does it automatically subtract your weight so you then see the exact weight of the baby, but with the hubble app (connected to the scale via bluetooth) it then tracks both your weights over time. You can also add other family members to the profiles, so anyone can weight themselves with the baby to track the weight

This scale is absolutely amazing! I love that i can adjust it for the baby or us. I also love that i can connect my app and keep track of the baby’s weight.

This is a really cool gadget. I question whether I need a gadget as a scale, but my curiosity got the best of me. It is advertised as a Nursery tool, but I think it's great for the whole family. The scale itself is fairly lightweight and has a very sleek design. It's white, so I'm sure it will get a little dirty over time. The display is nice. It has a blue background with white numbers. The app is pretty simple to use. You can set up profiles for each person in your family, both children and adults. In the profile, you can add birthday, height, and a picture. When you want to weigh, you just step on the scale. It takes a few seconds for the scale to steady and then your weight is stored. Then, you scan in the app. The recorded weights will display in the app. You select each weight, press save, and choose which profile you want to assign the weight to. Once you weigh for the first time and scan, the app will calculate your BMI in the app also. Inside the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale, there is a button you can slide to change between Normal mode and Mother-Baby mode. Mother-Baby mode works flawlessly. Once in this mode, the parent steps on the scale. The mother light will be blinking green during this weight. once the weight stabilizes, parent steps off the scale. The mother and mother-baby light both blink green. At this time, parent and baby get on the scale. the scale automatically zeros the parent weight and only displays the child weight. Because this is a gadget, it has its quirks. I have issues sometimes scanning for new weights. Another annoyance is that you can't edit the pictures you select for each profile. The app may flip them upside down and you can't fix that. Also, when adding the birthday, to go to an earlier year quicker, you need to touch the year and it brings up a scrollIng year menu. If you don't update the app after each weight, there's no way to know whose weight is whose (unless all family members have very different weights).

I don't like it but I can't find anything better so I'll stick with it. What I don't like: the weight results vary enough that I like to take extra measurements to be sure, only it's really only built for a single taking. For example, I don't use the finicky mobile app part and the scale is designed to wait 3 minutes after you take a final weight (baby plus mom), to be sure the mobile app has every chance to record it (anyway I wrote to customer service and that's what they replied back). **They said there is no way to disable this**. So, if you are like me and want to forgo the phone app technology part - you literally have to wait 3 minutes until the scale turns off and the start again. Omg feels like forever!!! The good: I absolutely LOVE the ease of the actual weighing. I step on it, it's a soft beep, I step off and it waits until I'm ready to step on again for the final weighing, I don't have to juggle to look down, I just wait for the soft beep again, and step off. Then it stays on with number displaying while I set her down and make sure everything is good, then I walk back over and record the weight (pen and paper work fine for me). So awesome! None the wiser! Only thing is sometimes there is a greater weight change than I expect so I feel the need to reweigh... but the 3 minutes forget it; I'm off to something else or the element of surprise is lost. And when I *do* have had the patience for it, yup, it's the scale giving different weights. Still, no scale is prefect though and this one seems easily as accurate as my tried and true regular bathroom scale so... actually I'm not unhappy with the accuracy. I just really hope they consider making this product with app part optional in the future. Then I'd recommend it to my friends for sure.

This was a great buy! Gave accurate weight for baby. I'm glad I could get a scale that has more use than just a baby scale would. I did not download the app after seeing all of the negative reviews.

I bought this scale to make it easier to weigh myself and child. I figured this would be easier then subtracting our weights together. What sold me was the android app but that was short lived. I hate the app it hardly connects to the scale. Now I have to write down our weights because it won't connect via Bluetooth to the app.

My son and daughter-in-law love this Scale. They are thrilled to have it and use it with the new baby. Works great

Es una báscula con gran diseño y excelente funcionamiento. Lo que me gusta es que Motorola tiene varios productos “Nursery” especiales para el cuidado del bebé. En una misma app tengo la báscula, el difusor y el proyector. El producto me llego mucho antes que la fecha estimada.

No es tan exacta, llega a variar hasta con 500 grs.
