If you don't want to sweat don't take it
They are not lying!! I've used other TopSecret products and been happy. This one. Wow. I took it, didn't read the label, also used sweet sweat and did a 30 ride on my peloton. I sweat for an hour after I was done. It wouldn't stop. I'm also one of those people that don't feel like they accomplished a successful workout if I don't sweat. This stuff is great! I will be use a half serving next time though. Great flavor too!

I ordered a pineapple and apple. The pineapple was slightly open so I was a fit disappointed about that. Apple one was the taste of sour apple. It was very good and easy to swallow. It really works as well! It has been 2hrs sense my workout and I am still sweating. Heart does not race. Will definitely buy again. Just hope to get a replacement on the pineapple one.
