7 week old kitten loves it. It gives him something to cuddle up with as well as utterly eviscerate to his heart's content, as the bear seems well made and sturdy. He immediately started attacking it when I set it up, but he's now purring and curled up against it like an angel. Gives my hands a reprieve from being targets and gives me peace of mind that he isn't lonely when I need to pop out of the room. The heat pad takes a little bit longer to heat up than the instructions implied, and doesn't last very long, but the stuffed bear itself gets warm quickly and stays warm and cuddly. Almost made me fall asleep too.

This Heartbeat Lamb has been a god send. My dog is older now and can't make it up and down the stairs so has to sleep downstairs, in a dog bed, for the first time in 8 years - previously he slept in my mum's bed with her. Even after months of trying all sorts of things to settle him, he'd wake up after a few hours and sit at the bottom of the stairs whining or yelping. My mum took to sleeping on the sofa for months. I bought this lamb, not expecting much, as a last ditch attempt before possibly getting some anti-anxiety medication for him. The lamb is a little miracle! We settle the dog down for the night and he sleeps til around 5.30am (previously we'd be lucky if he made it to midnight). He adores his lamb and curls up with it during the day - but we only turn the heartbeat on at night, so he knows it's bedtime. One downside is the heart is very very easy to turn on and off (you just push on it) and he does it just by turning over next to the toy or stretching etc. Now he's had it for a few weeks, even if he turns it off himself during the night, just being with the toy seems comfort enough as he doesn't get up and whine when it goes off. I'd definitely recommend this for older dogs whose situation/routine has changed - it's been a lifesaver for us! The lamb is very big, bigger than I expected! My dog is a Jack Russell and the lamb is only slightly smaller than the dog! They're very snug together in his bed!

Absolutely recommend this. My puppy wouldn't sleep, put this in his bed and he slept all night. Best thing ever

I got this for 11 week old lab puppy, hoping that it will help him settle in his crate overnight. He loves the toy, but mainly for chewing on itnand trying to rip into the push that is supposed to hold the little heart. I gave it to him at first with the heart inside and heartbeat on and it sadly didn't work for him at all. In fact, it made him more nervous instead! The heartbeat is actually quite loud, so that O could easily hear it standing up while it was on the floor. It think it wasnjust too loud for him. Taken the heart out now and he loves playing with it now and likes snuggling up to it when he settles for the night. It's not as sturdy as other toys of course but I'm surprised how long it took him to get his puppy teeth into it. We have an amputated ear and foot now after 6 weeks and had to sow the pouch for the heart closed a couple of times to stop him from taking out the filling, but generally quite pleased with the sturdiness, given it's nit designed for chewing and rough play.

I would have given this 5 stars as it was a game changer when I got my puppy. The first one had to be sent back as the screw stopped securing the battery on second use. The second bear has also now got to be returned due to the heart stopping repeatedly when the bear is turned up the right way after the heart is place in the bear. I have ordered a third as this does bring comfort but the company needs to sort out the faulty hearts. If the third also fails then no more will be purchased

I’m conflicted as to what to give this stars wise as our puppy absolutely loves to play with this thing but it does not work for its advertised purpose. Like at all. One of the main problems is with the quality of the heart. The on/off button is almost the entirety of one side of the heart so the puppy can super easily turn the heart on and off by biting and/or gently laying his head on the outside of the sheep. Our puppy loves to do this as it makes a clicking sound that sounds kinda like his clicker from training. He has never cuddled this toy and it does the absolute opposite of calming him down; it actually tends to get the puppy even more riled up and hyper which is not great all the time. As for soothing anxiety, this works a little: he won’t cuddle up with it but it definitely distracts him from the fact that we are not in the room for a while! All in all, nice toy for our pup to play with, but not worth the money for a calming toy.

I’m still going to give this 5 stars as I understand its intention… But for MY male dog, this clearly didn’t work as a “mothers heartbeat” giving comfort. I had to take the heartbeat out as MY dog kept removing it… and as you see in the video, he kept doing other things to it lol
