Vitamins in a tin can!
I bought these sardines so I could find the right taste and quality. They have a fresh taste and hardly no fishy smell. I had bought other sardines and had a setback for not liking them. You want go wrong if you like sardines or eatting them for health reasons. My Dad loved them while the rest of us would not touch them. Just had his 97th birthday!

Very healthy fish to eat
sardines are very healthy fish, omega-3. I don’t like the taste of sardines , but the Mediterranean style has a pretty good flour. If you put a little bit of teriyaki sauce on top, I like the taste.

They were easy to open and are fresh and smell great. Tastes good! The Mediterranean style adds a little extra to it with some olives on top of the sardines. I share them with my dogs who love them! And it is good for their coats.
