I would say large or medium. A large fit me 3 weeks pp, and I was 170lbs at time of birth and 150lbs by 6 weeks pp. The large is not too tight, so it just depends on how tight you want it.

The braces run small. I am about your size I am 155 pounds 8 weeks postpartum and I got the size XL and it fits good, it may be just a tiny big for me but I can since it in to where it fits good. You would probably be good with a large though.
