Honestly YES! I'm 25 YR Pain Patient using MLB products Many YRS now but THIS One is My Fav! I hit targeted area's 1rst, Espec DEEP Frown-Pain lines on forehead, Between Eyebrows, around Mouth-Cheek Area where Smile-laugh lines equally deep. Apply ample amount thruout area's then rub in well  using circular motion, wait Approx 15mins. THEN I apply my other products On top of it over rest of face.  ALSO get "instant results" with all the Eye Wrinkle Serums-Creams for enhancing, firming, lifting, etc. BTW Once when I was late for Appt. I totally sketched on my face serums etc. so I was def caught off guard when I looked in a mirror later &SO Shocked at my appearance til I remembered I had forgot my face lotions LoL!
