MCK33442100 - Barrier Film Cavilon 1.0 Ml Wipe, Sterile, Alcohol Free, No Sting

I think these are the best barrier wipes of all the different ones I've tried. They are no-sting, which I noticed with other brands don't seem to work as well as the regular ones containing alcohol, but these work better for me than even the regular ones by other brands. Be prepared with wet wipes nearby because they are very sticky and you will need to wipe your fingers before handling any of your other supplies. I use them with ostomy bag. My output is very watery and makes it difficult for my supplies to stick to me for long. These did help with that but, more importantly, this product protected my skin very, very well even when I had leaks that I wasn't able to change right away and the output sat against my skin for several hours. I expected very open, raw, sore skin and was happily surprised to find my skin in good condition. My bigger problem was open and sore skin from having to change my supplies frequently ... like super gluing stuff to my skin and then ripping it off again over and over. These wipes did not burn at all and protected my skin well enough that it helped my skin heal when I could go a day or two without having to change my stuff because of leaks. Highly recommend this product.

These are the best skin prep/barrier films out there. They don't get all flakey like other brands. If they are good enough for preemie infants, they are good enough for me!
