Helps warm up the muscles nicely
Good product. Helps the muscles warm up nicely with a good feeling. Have been using it for weeks on my thigh muscles just starting football session after knee surgery again.

Excellent warm up gel
Had to give this 5 stars! Very impressed. Tube says balm but it is more of a gel like consistency. A little goes a long way, it has a really pleasant smell which isn't overpowering at all. So definitely not like equivalents such as Deep Heat or Tiger Balm in that sense. The warmth given is superb and lasts long enough for a game of hockey, football, bike ride etc.

Doesn't work as warm up gel/embrocation
As a keen cyclist for a long time I've used all sorts of warm up gels & oils over the years, so I know they have varying effect but this did absolutely nothing. Literally nothing at all. I doubt it does anything as a recovery gel either. Amazon return started and I'll get something else.

That it is pain relieving.
I like that this is easy to use, it's scent is pleasant and it does seem to warm alittle awhile after applying, but have not noticed that it is pain relieving yet.

Muy efectivo para calentar los músculos sin hacer calentamiento; cuando te lo echas tarda unos minutos en actuar pero luego se siente mucho calor en las piernas.

Wärmt hervorragend und hilft mir zum Aufwärmen der Rückenmuskulatur vor Arbeiten in der kalten Jahreszeit. Schnelle, anhaltende Wirkung aber nicht unangenehm.
