Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been looking for horn replacements for my mom’s 2011 chevy traverse for a while since the low note stopped working 2 summers ago. I just finished installing them which is why i waited to write the reviews! For those saying “it doesn’t fit my car” or “wrong part” with all due respect are kind of slow. They clearly come with 3 sets of different connectors that can be a match for your car horns. Please don’t leave a bad review because you didn’t select the right model for your car. They come with the right connection pieces, so don’t just wanting bad mouth the company that sells these horns for the selected models. They’re amazing and i said what i said!!! 10/10 on everything about these horns!!!

They came with the proper connection for my truck, making them very easy to hook up. I wish the tones where a little different, almost sounds like a train, but they are loud.

Works like a charm -- but wow, Chevy puts the horn in a tight place on a Trax.

Its loud and sounds better than what my car came with from factory and sound premium great for the price kind of a tight fit when it comes on to certain vehicles so its not as easy to just install

Horn is much louder than the original! We have an Escape, which has a horrible factor horn. If you were only installing one of these, it would be easy. But to install both takes some playing around with the "brackets" that are supplied. The brackets are flimsy, not strong. And they are single point, meaning things can rotate. And they are not long enough to connect to the other horn, so you end up using two - so another bolt/rotation point. The Escape has another horn mount on the other side of the car. But alas, there is not a long wire in this package. Just the short one, which itself barely reaches between the two horns. I will be buying some additional wire so I can move the other horn to the other proper bracket, but it is annoying that this package does not come with it. Made it difficult to install, when it should not have been.

4 stars because it didn't have the adapter for my truck 2013 sliverado LtZ71 but I was able to piggie back from the wires so all good. Just beware you might need to do a Lil engineering.

The connection for these horns is definitely a Toyota connection. The horns for the 94 Toyota MR2 are extra slim and behind the bumper. I found a grounding bolt on either side of the fender well. Cut the power wire for each in order to extend them about a foot. It will be easier to access now and they sound great. No more early 90's baby horn. The sound is much deeper. I am more than happy.

The single standard horn on my Auris would be better on Noddy's car, I did think about painting it yellow with red wings (not really). The instructions that came with the horns were pretty poor, but I've done a lot of tinkering with cars in the last 60 years, so I was pretty confident I could the job. It took a bit longer than I'd anticipated but it was worth the trouble. The sound these horns make is reminescent of the expensive cars of the 50's, not offensive but a good loud warning note. They were delivered 3 days earlier than expected, so well done Amazon, thoroughly recommended!
