Seems like some folks are having a hard time fitting their wine glasses. How wide are the wine glass holders where the base of the glass should fit?

There wine holder space is extremely small which doesn't allow for normal wine glasses. For custom wine glasses seems.

I cannot twist in the wheels for the life of me. How do i get these to go in?

I have a part labeled part C that is missing. How do I get that part?

Request it from the vendor. They should replace the entire cart or ship you the missing piece quickly.
