This Belkin MagSafe car charger is excellent — the magnet is strong, so my iPhone stays securely in place even on bumpy roads. It charges quickly and reliably, and I love that the power supply is included. The vent mount feels sturdy and easy to adjust. Perfect for navigation and hands-free calls.

I replaced a Belkin dash mount that doesn’t charge with one that does. More convenient that dealing with cables as the change over to USB C is well under way.I have a non-Apple mag safe case and this does hold. It has never fallen off, but the magnet doesn’t feel as strong as its predecessor.It works. It met my expectations. The black looks nice on the dash. So far, I would have no issues buying again.

Charges great. I haven’t had any problems with overheating and the magnet is strong. Only issue is that it’s a vent clip and just like any other vent clip, it eventually will slide around and need to be readjusted.

This charger is really nice and does what it says. I like that it comes with a cord so you have the option to charge your phone as well. The big drawback is trying to clip chargers like this onto the air vents when you have a jeep. Jeep air vents are circular unlike most cars. So it’s really hard to find an option that will work. I was hoping this might be better given the namebrand in the quality. The rubber mount does have good grip on it, but still tends to slip when hitting bumps. The weight of the charger makes the air vents turn right or left. So unfortunately, this is really not a good fit for any Jeep owners. However, I have decided to keep it as a back up charger because when you have a more vertical windshield , any charger for your dash gets really hot. So I have been switching between the two. Even though my phone tends to flop back-and-forth on this charger I am just making it work. I have been through so many different chargers and can’t find a great option for a jeep. I don’t see a lot of reviews on here so wanted people to be aware.

Works perfectly. Strong magnet, not too big so it's in the way & charges my phone. Can't ask for much more.

This product will overheat your phone and cause a very slow charging rate. Furthermore, after only 2 years the plastic is disintegrating. First, the plastic nut that holds things together broke and I glued it, then as I was putting it back on the vent, the whole thing shattered. You can see the little shard of plastic.

I was unexpectedly pleased with this product.A few notes: I live in a mountain community and drive on about 2 miles of road, much of which is rough and steep gravel. Even hitting the occasional pot hole or speed bump, I have yet to have it pop off the mount. Some apps may interfere with charging (like my security camera notifications, for some reason), but the performance has been good.I didn't know about mag-safe phone cases and products until about 2 days before I bought this.I give the mount a little push to secure to the vent occasionally, though it seems needless. It takes a little getting used to to align the magnets on the phone to the charger: it becomes second nature.Pros:* Decent rate of charge.* Better than expected performance holding the phone.* Makes a great place to store a phone if you don't have a console or don't want your phone getting knocked around by all the stuff in your console.Cons:* You do block a vent - this is less of an annoyance than it seemed at first.* Can get very hot when charging.

Para ello viene con un conector de mechero de potencia suficiente y un cable usb c. La ventaja es que si no quieres cargarlo simplemente desconectas el cable o el conector del mechero. Si tu coche no trae conector de 12 v para mechero puedes conectarlo directamente a un conector USBC.El soporte es firme y no se mueve y al desconectar el teléfono no es necesario sujetarlo ya que la pinza de la rejilla es suficientemente rígida.Despues de varios meses de uso, y estando instalado permanentemente con el sol no ha perdido propiedades y el color no se ha afectado. Está como nuevo.Eso si, el precio no es el más barato, pero la calidad vale dinero respecto otras marcas.

Although a lot more expensive than it should be, Belkin's BoostCharge car phone mount is a convenient solution for iPhone users. As expected the quality of the product is on par with Belkin's other products and works in the same simple fashion, though much of this has to do with the introduction of MagSafe.MagSafe is great when it works, which is why it's important to consider how you're actually going to use the mount.To be clear, you need to use this mount either with the iPhone bare (caseless) or with a case that actually features MagSafe as part of the design (meaning that the magnetic contacts are built into it as a pass-through). Without these the iPhone is too heavy to stay on, but this is the same for other MagSafe accessories that requiring 'stacking'. Likewise a generic iPhone case that claims to be 'MagSafe' compatible isn't a guarantee that it will contain the magnetic contacts - this just means that the pass-through works when laying flat.The supplied cable is more than adequate in length (I've actually wrapped mine up a bit) and is high quality. And although the charger itself feels a little more generic, it's worth noting that these alone aren't particularly cheap, which is why it's worth considering this version of the product with it included.The mount fixes well in my 2009 Ford Fiesta, with a little fiddling to get the right angle. Charging speeds are acceptable for the rated power of 10w and at the very least charges the phone faster than it depletes, which is important when it's unlocked and using full brightness/maps/music.In short this is a great little product that has made it so much easier to bring my phone into 'car mode'. No plugging in or removing cables, just place it near the mount and it's fixed and charging.
