I ordered the xl as I have sweatpants and pajamas in xl. I'm 5'3 230lbs hips 52 inches and they fit so good! I'm not sure why all these reviews are saying to size up because they are supposed to be tight in order to be compression leggings!! Sizing guide isnt correct. These are comparable at my size, in xl to the Doctor Scholls knee high compression socks at moderate compression rating. They are little tricky to get on so you have to put Both calves in first then slide both of the thigh and then pull them up. These do not dig in or roll down they are very comfortable to sit in they are a very thick elastic material but they are see-through so they are not leggings even though they're in the leggings Style. I do like that the toe is free because with my doctor Scholls they slide down and bag at the toe. These do not. I do recommend the toe less tights. Then you can just make sure to put on socks to protect your tights from rubbing in your shoe and wearing out the heel. I highly recommend these they are the best brand I think I've ever bought and a very high quality!

Surprisingly good! It takes a few minutes to put them on, so that’s relatively easy. They feel smooth and don’t have inseams which is great because they don’t indent on your skin. I ordered the size L (5’4 ~130 lbs) and it fit well. Despite the fabric being see through, it’s holding up well after several uses and honestly does provide a lot of support and compression.

Perfect for medical reasons, horrible otherwise. These are TIGHTTTT!!! I want to preface by saying I don’t have POTS, varicose veins, currently pregnant or anything that would medically require these. I spend the majority of the day sitting down and I’m chronically sitting with my legs crossed or under me and I noticed I started developing spider veins and quick google search suggested compression tights. I own a pair of (I believe) 15-20 socks and they feel amazing but omg this was pantyhose is definitely way too much for me so I’m returning. I wanted to say first however that they are really good quality, it’s graduated compression so it’s difficult too put on but they’re really stretchy so don’t worry about it. I’m 5’2 and 192lbs and got the XL which fit perfectly for me, I think I could size up to get less compression like some suggested but I think it’d be best for me to look for something with less compression (a 15-20mmg). I have thick thighs and pulled like no other to put on the pantyhose and it hold up well!!! It’s really thick and good quality material. I recommend it!!! If you need it of course, if it’s for aesthetic reasons like me, size up!!! Or just get a pair with less compression, a lot of people are leaving bad ratings because they were too tight and don’t understand the levels of compression. We’re the ones who are wrong for buying something that isn’t for us, I’m sure this is amazing for those who do need it!!

Good compression but the waist was uncomfortable, snug and caused some itching. If I went up a size they’d be too big and gather. Not too hard to pull up. Open toe was comfy.

I’ve been trying various compression products and gave these a go. I have the same brand that ends at the ankle but although they were nice support, I swelled significantly below where they ended. These don’t do that though! They go over the foot and support the ankle too. I liked them a lot. 9 out of 10. Only negative is they do roll down easily. If I wear them under jeans or pants, that waistband stops them but I wish they had a better grippy waistband.

Good product, helps support my arthritic knees and my legs don’t ache after a long day being on my feet.

I have lymphodema in my left leg so I have to wear compression stocking and panty hoes especially at work. Needed something high waisted because I have a larger behind area which helps with the fit. I have been wearing these a few times now to work and come home to take them off to see they have done the job well. I went up a size and larger worked best. They do tend to want to slide down a bit but it is easier to pull up and stay up with the larger size under my leggings. I got black because I wear a lot of black leggings. Love the open toe on these as well. I will be purchasing a couple more to switch off and less washing. These are a great price and sturdy. I would definitely recommend...that is coming from someone who has been wearing compression stockings for over 10 years after cervical cancer surgery and ending up developing lymphodema afterwards. Oh and I have a latex allergy and tend to get rashes on my legs. A reaction from getting hot and rubbing. So far so good on that as well. These definitely work for me.

Compression is great until the upper thigh when it becomes much too graduated. It causes your top to very obviously bulge, creating an unflattering appearance of a shirts line, where your top leg and butt are not supported enough. I’ve bought many pair of full length compression hose, and I will definitely be returning these.

The compression is nice and the material is good

Doctor prescribed compression stockings and I had been wearing skin tone ones that look like pantyhose. Ordered the black and the white and they were delivered fast. Tried them on immediately, they are slightly more opaque than stockings and of good quality. These are exactly what I wanted.

I bought these during my third trimester of pregnancy. I have to say they are quite comfortable. They are seamless and they don’t roll down, which I really like :) The half-foot cut can be a bit tricky and slightly uncomfortable if not positioned properly, though. Unfortunately, I still feel some pain in my varicose veins when I wear them. I followed the size chart (I didn’t consider the belly size), but when they arrived, they felt a bit big compared to other tights I have from another brand, so I decided to go one size smaller. Even then, I’m not 100% sure they give real class 2 compression… :/ but they definitely help more than wearing nothing. I mostly use them when I know I will be active, like walking or hiking.

Ich bin total begeistert. Ich bin 1,78cm groß und trage Größe 46. Ich habe xxl bestellt und es passt sehr gut. Ich leide an Lipödem Stadium 2 und habe immer sehr schwere und schmerzende Beine. Die Schmerzen sind jetzt nicht völlig weg aber die Beine fühlen sich leichter an und daher auch weniger schmerzlich. Der Vorteil ist, dass hier nichts schnürt oder rutscht. Die Hose sitzt wie eine 2. Haut. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl und habe mir nun noch eine Zweite bestellt. Auch die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist super. Im Sommer wird es damit zu warm aber bis mittlerer Temperaturen top! 100% Kaufempfehlung
