Used it several times on international flights and saved my swollen feet. Only works with Economy plus seats -with extra leg room. No reliability issues. But you will need an electronic mini pump. Otherwise, you will pass out blowing by mouth.

I have two kids and we were headed to Japan from Houston, TX. It's about a 14 hour flight there and we got a row of 3seats and inflated these to make a little bed from our row. My kids 5 and 3 and myself (I'm 5'3") were able to lie across the 3 seats and have a first class experience in economy! I will never leave these behind if we have long flights! I have also used them in car rides too and it really helps with allowing more space to sit indian style on your seat. Highly recommended product!!

Tried to use a few times, but didn't stay in place, just one more item to carry that doesn't work.

It was easy to inflate with the 2 separate compartments - about 8 deep breaths for the smaller one and 20 for the larger. I left it up overnight with a heavier book sitting on top of it to ensure it stayed inflated and it did. It has two separate plugs; I am a little unsure of the smaller one and there weren't any instructions to reference. I plan to use this on an overseas trip in about a month as I have leg issues and wear compression socks when traveling. I will update the review post-trip with additional comments if needed.

Bought it for 10+ hours trip to Europe. We were expecting to feel more comfortable with this after traveled several times with teen complaining about leg not rested. It might be good for others, but not for us. Don't understand how to rest legs on it after squeeze it between seats, might only fit little kiddos. Too bulky inflated and deflated, waste precious space for 3 weeks traveling across continent, and we brought two with us... comparing neck rest pillow, this deserves only one star. One extra star for the quality. It is well build.

These were well worth the money for my overnight trip to Europe. We were in the exit row with lots of space in front, so we brought four of these. Very easy to inflate. They weren't as tall as the airline seats as some of the photos showed, so that was a little disappointing, but they weren't too short to be useful. I think they do lose some air with the weight of adult legs, so I did have to add a little air during midflight. Other than that, It made it much easier to sleep on the flight where I was able to elevate my legs. Also, since I'm petite, it was nice to have my feet reach something comfortably. The flight attendants didn't seem to have any problem with them as long as they were deflated during take off and landing. I used my daughter's balloon air pump and that worked well.
