Great Water Additive
I have used this in my shrimp tank for years. Every time I add water, I put a little of this in it to balance out the water for my little guys. They love it and I am glad there is something to neutralize the hard chemicals in my water.

Yes, it's safe for Hermit Crabs & other crustaceans, neutralizing all harmful elements of tap water!
I love this dechlorinator for my Hermit Crabs! Even though it says for shrimp and crayfish on the front of the bottle, it's good for any crustaceans (which shrimp and hermit crabs both are of course). Most kinds of fish dechlorinator are safe for hermit crabs but not all of them cover everything. This one covers all the bases by neutralizing chlorine, ammonia, chloramines, and heavy metals, plus it provides beneficial trace elements that promote proper health and color to various crustaceans. I feel comfortable knowing that my hermies are getting safe drinking water with this dechlorinator. It's not a very big bottle, 4oz, but you only need 5ml for 1 gallon of water. Measuring is very convenient because the blue lid is also a measuring cup with the markers that you will need- 5ml, 10ml, and 15ml. Remember to shake well before each use, which brings me to my only issue.... When I shake my bottle, a little bit of the liquid seeps out from the crevice of the cap where you push down to pop it open. So I always have to hold a paper towel over it while shaking the bottle. It's not really a big deal but I'm losing a bit of dechlorinator everytime I shake it up. It's not an issue that takes away from the product though so I definitely give it 5 stars and will continue to purchase it while recommending it to others! Aqueon shrimp tank plus is the way to go!

Good products
If you have shrimp tanks, this is a definite must have. If you have an established shrimp tank this isn't as important. But I use this for my new tank setups. I've never had a problem with it
