Perfect item but won't fit my Parkinson pump. Had to return.

I’ve only had this particular type of insulin pump a week but definitely needed a way to carry without attaching to my pocket. Pump tends to flop over. I don’t have to hold it in my hand or try to clip it out of the way in the bathroom. Also no more dropping it or getting hooked up on a knob in my kitchen. Fits well, easily accessible and can wear on my thigh if I want! Recommended by my pump instructor. I would recommend.

This is my second one, I've tried others but they are too big and bulky (fanny pack??). The SPIBelt is simple and straightforward, adjustable belt in a soft feeling elasitc, and a small compartment with a hole, so you can use your insulin pump while still keeping it safe. My last SPIbelt lasted more than a year, and I wore it every day. I just wanted to get a new one, and there are color options if you like or plain black or grey if you don't want to show off. thanks for continuing to make an excellent product!

Been using SPIbelts for the past 10 years for my pumps. Have had quite a few, in both diabetic & non-diabetic styles. First, these belts are great for pump wearers. Tried several other runners belts but always come back to SPI because of the quality. These will last a long time and feel great to wear every day. Other belts began falling apart within a month of daily use. There has been a minor update to the diabetic belt though. Both versions used to be identical except for the pass-through hole for pump tubing. Recently they moved the buckle from the center of your back in the rear to the front left about 2 inches from the pouch on this version. Seems easier to manipulate the clasp from the front, however it is now very uncomfortable to sleep with if you're a side sleeper. Clasp digs in while I lay on my side so I'm constantly adjusting it overnight. This product would get 5 starts if not for the change to the buckle placement. Some may prefer it, but be cautious if you sleep on your side while wearing this one.

The belt is fine, but the wrong color was sent twice. This time I am just returning and will purchase from another seller.

excellent but was not my style too tight, I have to wear it 24/7 holding insulin pump and it was not comfortable.

This belt so far is working out pretty good with my Tandem T-slim pump

This is a much better belt than the less expensive competitors on Amazon. The belt stays adjusted and doesn't loosen when touched. I can sleep with this belt on as well. My only issue with the SPIbelt is it rolls over/twists on my waist. My T-SlimX2 pump is small, so I believe that is why I get the rollover. Bottom line, spend the money, this belt is worth it!

Habe mir den Gürtel für meine Pumpe gekauft sie passt super hinein, der Umfang paßt auch. Kann ich empfehlen material ist auch gut.

Comfortable, easy to adjust, great quality. I use one for work and 1 for chilling. Looking to get another one. The black one is the only diabetic waist pouch in this brand
