I haven’t had this fruit/spice in a very long time. I come from west Africa and it’s very common to use it for our traditional/native soup. It’s also used for other health benefits. I was skeptical at first from buying from Amazon because I was afraid I would be disappointed. But this had that original aroma that I had always know it to have. I used it to make pepper soup and other soup. I will definitely buy again from this vendor.

The Aida fruit aka precede is used in West Africa to alleviate menstrual cramps and increase fertility. The recipe I use is the following 1 liter of filtered water that you bring to a boil Add 2 Aida pieces. Let it boil for 15 min and let it cool down before drinking a cup in the morning and another one in the afternoon. Disclaimer: I am not a physician so do your research before using this product.
