To be used with Testosterone hormone replacement therapy
When men receive Testosterone hormone replacement therapy, adding DIM to the supplements is (I’m told) to be beneficial. My doctor checks all my hormone levels and says I’m doing very good.The benefit of Nutricost DIM (Diindolylmethane) 300mg is the cost. It’s about half the cost per pill and with 300mg with Nutricost vs 200mg that my doctor sells, the value is very good.If you are a man not doing any Testosterone hormone replacement therapy, I do not know any benefit this would provide. However, for any man over the age of 40, you might want to consult with a doctor certified in hormone replacement therapy. It’s VERY important they are certified and trained is this specific specialty. There a LOT of benefits that come from maintaining your hormone levels at an OPTIMUM level. Too high is damaging to your body as is too low. Self-medicating supplements can end up being dangerous in the long term. Find the right doctor.

Nutricost DIM Works!
This was purchased for my daughter who is 54 and she swears it is the best product she's ever used. So I recommend it highly to others. Nutricost thru Amazon sells at a reasonable price so I'm sure more of their DIM will be ordered before the recent purchase runs out. Thank you, Amazon.com

Works great. I use this with Turmuric supplements
Works great. I use this with Turmuric supplements. I'm on TRT. Doctor recommends DIM and Turemic while on TRT. I also use 1/2 a tablet of a prescription to reduce estrogen, once a month. The Turmeric helps with inflammation and joint pain (the only thing that ever worked for my joints except for some Naproxen.

Helps stubborn hot flashes
This doesn't take all my hot flashes away, but it does cut down on them and they're less severe. I have 1-4 hot flashes a day on them, where it used to be 15-20 a day. I'm a hard case. I have tried everything else and nothing works. I take two of these twice a day and had to take them 3 weeks before I started noticing a difference. It's made from vegetables like cauliflower, so it's healthy too. Good seller.
