The box came absolutely trashed, it was clearly opened before and lotsa the bags were no longer factory, along with that they left the previous return label in the box so definitely a return. Minor plastic parts were broken, bags weren't labeled, luckily there's not many screws, and the right arm is broken, with the plastic knob holding it down being completely snapped. Assembly was fine overall, wheels sucked to put on, and the instructions miss a few parts; they were also printed on plain paper, probably cause the original was gone. Chair is really comfy for the price, its a little bit small though and forces your legs together naturally. TLDR: Chair is comfy, pushes legs together by design, shipping is awful and parts are partly broken, though doesn't effect much

This chair is complete TRASH! Its so uncomfortable, makes all these click noises, the lever to make the chair lean back is so far under the chair, when you pull it the chair sounds like its breaking apart. Its so cheap! I bought this to replace an older chair and I should have kept the older chair. The part for your back is connected to the seat with this cheap metal t-bar and it doesnt not hold snug. The back rest piece wobbles loose no matter how much you tighten the screws smh If I could return this I would but at this point I just feel like throwing it away! TERRIBLE CHAIR!

Just as the title says, the arms are a bit chinsey, and I already knew they would be the first to fail. While the frame is metal the attachment points are plastic. Because of its hinge system that allows the armrests to follow the angle of reclining, they don't do anything to actually support themselves, and are prone to failing. However the back of the seat is secured onto the throne via a nearly 2" wide flattened steel tube stock, and is fairly strong, and supports all of the weight. THAT part is welded onto the frame of the backrest. It's still a usable seat, and for my purposes actually helps, because the armrest were so wide. Pulling up to my desk was tricky. Another thing to note, if you are of the larger breed of human, like myself, the backrest has these flanges that tend to dig into my back if I am reclined. I have rather large shoulders and chest so it tends to hurt if I accidentally fall asleep at my workstation.

Nice comfortable chair. Everything is decent except for the poorly engineered arm rests. To much wriggle and they just come loose all the time. You can tighten them but they still come undone and are not stable. Invest in better quality and avoid annoyance and hassle with this particular chair. Oh well.
