What size shaping waist wrap should I choose ?

The instructions say “don’t tumble dry” but the jacket really wrinkles when air dried. Is it ok to dry on low? Has anyone tried it?

I did sir dry. For whatever reason when wearing it, you don't notice the wrinkles so much. The fabric has a stretch too it
