I bought the Outus 8 Pieces Wall Stencils for a home project, and while it took some time to get used to the stencil technique, I am overall very pleased with the product. The 12 x 12 inch size is perfect for a variety of surfaces, and the geometric patterns add a modern touch to my walls, wood floors, and even furniture. The stencils are reusable and made from durable material, which makes them easy to clean after each use. Once I got the hang of it, I found the application process straightforward, and the results turned out beautifully. This set is a versatile addition to any DIY enthusiast’s toolkit, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their home decor! You for sure get value for your money and will reuse these over and over again, just use your imagination!

Really nice 12x 12” stencils for a great price. These stencils are made to be used on walls so they are a bit thicker than crafting type/mixed media stencils, however I use them on my gel plate, and they work great. It’s a little more work to get the paint through the stencil with them being on the thicker side, but it’s definitely doable. I would buy them again, and I’m hoping they come out with some thinner ones but in either 8x10” or even 9x12”! I would say there is definitely a market for them here on Amazon as there isn’t much choice for patterned stencils (the thinner ones) in the sizes I mentioned. These are a great deal, and if you love printing on your gel plate like I love mine, you won’t be disappointed.

Very durable, a variety of nice designs

I absolutely love these! I refinish furniture as a hobby and they are so perfect for detailing my pieces! They are easily washable and storable. Highly recommend!

Hated that some paint seeped through. However made it look “rustic” instead of messy. You still need to be careful though

Hard to use

These stencils are amazing and a great value!!! Make sure to watch some YouTube videos before applying. You can see in my picture I only figured out how best to apply the paint like halfway down the door on the left, in the right column. A zero-knap foam (very small) roller worked best with like barely any paint on there and just roll roll roll many times. In between rows I washed/wiped off the stencil on both sides. Time consuming but looks great!!!

These stencils were clearly made by someone who has never stenciled anything before. While some of the patterns happen to line up naturally, most of them were not designed so that you can overlap a bit of the pattern to get it aligned when continuing the pattern. Instead it seems like the intent was that the user should stencil all the way to each end of the stencil and then try to line up the stencil perfectly to continue the pattern without overlapping the pattern - really dumb. And almost impossible, especially because the pattern isn’t cut precisely enough for the pattern to repeat itself accurately…oh and also because the margins on the stencils are TINY, which means it you’d have to use the smallest stencil brush available to avoid getting paint outside the stencil. I’m so glad I tried these stencils on an old piece of cardboard before ruining my wall. These are going in the trash, and I’ll spend a little more for a decent product instead.
