Furious customer

Extremely cheap quality. I have had purchased 3 of these as they always break from the wheels part. My third dryer I purchased came with a crack hood and the seller told me I did not have to send the crack one back but they would replace the part. They never did and I was charged again so that makes twice for a cracked product. I am furious as I can not seem to get this resolved. I would not purchase this product ever again.
