Sharing the review after 9 months of use. Untill now all was good. All of a sudden it was dead after 9 months of great working. I connected to Agaro's customer care to claim the warranty and after few checks they as agreed for replacement. Monalisa from customer service team helped to throughout the journey for product replacement.

It's a good electric toothbrush but many technical glitches happen on & off... Would have been quite useless without warranty. Agaro customer support is good & efficient.

Other than one of ot being delivered faulty (doa), which was replaced in 3 weeks. It's value of money. Kudos to the support team for the service.
