Bought to replace one of the square butane single-burner stoves after seeing and hearing reports of them blowing up....that's scary. Not to mention they don't cook or simmer all that well and aren't very efficient I wanted something that I could actually cook on and had good burner control for simmering as well as "rocket power" that was also more efficient. This definitely fits the bill completely. I use this for car camping ie rather than backpacking as it is a bit heavy for that (will stick with my Soto Windmaster for backpacking) but in really delivers on what it promises especially for the pricepoint.

Used on safari. Very powerful. However i almost blew us up by accidentally spraying cooking oil onto the tube, which then burned fast. It is flammable. I disconnected the canister before disaster happened.

This stove seemed like a great idea. BUT I was using it on a beach and a small dry piece of grass caught fire. This was near the pipe, which quickly melted and the leaking gas caught fire too. Subsequently the stove was unusable. I tired it again and the same happened without the grass this time. The inner pipe is flammable making it very dangerous. The company had no contact details. Who in their right mind would design something with a flammable pipe? Especially for outdoor use. Amazon were extremely good and refunded in full, and advised me to dispose of it.

Was surprised again, this is another Firemaple thing I bought and it’s great quality for the money ! Highly recommend

The ignition doesn’t ignite the gas on mine and it’s tricky to get out of the plastic case. On a cold morning it took ages to boil the kettle (I don’t know whether it’s the gas or the burner, but the gas was supposed to be a mix for lower temps) Other than that, it’s worked fine

It was easy to unpack & use, weighed next to nothing & enabled us to have a bacon sarnie on a mountain. A winner for camping & expeditions

Delivered today....could hardly open the case. Tight fit..mtoo tight but cheap and it's not going to last. Struggled to get burner out of case so will be hard refitting it. Burner legs are thin with folding mech that doesn't look strong or long lasting. The burner attached well to gas, the ignitor was effective. Strong flame with lots of control. Gas pipe is shorter than expected and needed...maybe 30cm. So all in all ok/meh/ could have been better.

The burner looks good and is of solid construction, however, after the second use at a campsite, the piezo element button melted, although I only installed a foil protection on the leeward side. Now I can only light the burner with a separate lighter O vendedor enviou-me um queimador completamente novo em troca, obrigado!

Ce réchaud de camping à gaz est très pratique lorsqu'on aime faire du camping ou de la randonnée ! Il s'agit, en effet, d'un réchaud pliable, léger et fourni avec une boîte de rangement en plastique (6,5 x 9,5 x 11 cm environ). Le poids total de l'ensemble (prévoir une cartouche de gaz en plus) ne dépasse pas les 300 g.). Attention, le tuyau de gaz métallique qui relie la bouteille au brûleur mesure approximativement 35 cm. L'appareil est destiné à être relié à de petites cartouches butane-propane dites « à valve » ! A l'utilisation, il faut prendre quelques précautions, notamment lorsqu'il fait du vent. Il est doté d'un allumage piézoélectrique qui pourrait être très intéressant mais qui nécessite cependant d'appuyer fort sur le bouton, ce qui peut déstabiliser l'ensemble (attention aux brûlures). Si on prend les précautions qui s’imposent, comme c'est le cas avec la plupart des camping-gaz, l'appareil est performant et bien conçu ! Cet ustensile ravira les invétérés randonneurs, soucieux de pouvoir réchauffer une boisson ou un repas lors de leurs escales, quel que soit le temps, sans trop alourdir leur sac à dos. Le rapport qualité-prix peut cependant paraître un peu élevé ...... Pour moi, il semble correct au vu de sa qualité et de son très faible encombrement !

Ottima per cucinare outdoor, si evitano molti problemi di equilibrio del pentolino quando si usa un bruciatore installato direttamente sulla bombola. Ovviamente aumenta un pò il peso complessivo.
