The Art of Turning Red

If you liked the movie you will love this book of the art of the Red Panda. Great images and fantastic images. I love it!

Arrived on time, good packaging, all good

Amazing illustrations and character designs. Very interesting and inspiring pieces of art from the Disney Pixar movie Turning Red.

The book is okay overall. Not as detailed as I think it could be. It also lacks some in-depth details about other characters in the film which is a shame. I sort of wanted to know more of the creation behind her friends and 4-Town. However, none of this is really explored. It mostly focuses on Mei and only Mei. With a few sketches of her mother, aunts and a few classmates (very few). Of course you get the general concept art of the story as well sprinkled through with a mention here and there. So in conclusion I would have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. It's one of the few Disney/Pixar art books I have and I'm starting to think that it's all a money grab in comparison to other Art of books such as Studio Ghibli.

Adoro il film di Red e adoro ancora di più questo artbook meraviglioso! Appena l’ho sfogliato me ne sono innamorata, ogni pagina è piena di schizzi, disegni, colori, idee e concept art che illustrano in modo esauriente ed entusiasmante tutto il processo di creazione del film. E poi, piccola chicca, nel libro troverete anche il quaderno di Mei Mei con i disegni sul ragazzo che le piace. Per gli estimatori del film è un pezzo da collezione da non perdere!

Nice book arrived broken tough

So in love with this movie and this book. I love art books showing sketches and the processes and how they created all the elements and put them together. Great art from the creator and artists . Such a great story and book to addbto your collection. Highly recommend if ur an artist or just a fan .
