Ancient Nutrition Grass Fed Bone Broth Protein Powder, Vanilla

I absolutely love this Bone Broth Protein. It mixes very well in Hot Water the taste is very good as well. I mix mine with Hot water and Matcha for my morning Protein!

Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth is awesome. It's clean, no heavy metals. I drink it cold but it can be fixed hot. It mixes well with water alone or with a preferred milk. I sometimes add a tsp. of matcha brownie flavored tea to mine and is delicious. You get 20g of protein with one scoop in 12 ounces of liquid.

The protein powder doesn't dissolve easily in most liquids. The best that I have found is to add this to my coffee and use a mixing wand to get to it dissolve. There is a slight after taste to this, but not horrible.

Only 5 ingredients! 20 grams of protein per serving. Great alternative for those wanting to avoid dairy ingredients. Great taste.

I bought this after dealing with some whey intolerance that left me unable to finish my other protein powder. It is super clumpy, but I have found that if I mix a glass and put it in the fridge for half an hour or so, the clumps disappear and the consistency is just fine. I've left it mixed in the fridge for up to three days before drinking with no issue. I've purchased both the chocolate and the vanilla and to be honest I don't feel like there's all that much difference between the two flavors. The only thing that I do not like this protein for is it doesn't do well in baking. With my whey protein, I could sub half of the flour for whey protein and the recipes would come out pretty normal. Not so with this bone broth protein.

It arrived without any packaging around it. Just a brown plastic container that could be anything from anywhere. For the price of this product, a less suspicious container would be important. I tried to return it without opening it - but was denied a return. I understand it is not good to return food items, however this came with a problem I had nothing to do with. I'm disappointed with Ancient Nutrition for allowing this kind of sloppy marketing whereby I am now concerned about using the product that may have been tampered with. My thought is to toss it to prevent concern. It is an expensive alternative for me - but I have NO idea if it is safe to use. Be advised that Ancient Nutrition does not seem to be concerned about their product presentation, perhaps the same is true for their ingredients?

My doctor suggested the Ancient Nutrition products which I have done. They are easy to use, taste fine and hopefully doing what the product is said to do.

Good protein, the only one that doesn't make me bloated
