Comfortable gel innersoles
Fit nicely into my fitvillie trainers, to give more than one layer of support as I suffer from sensitive dieabetic feet.

They're ok
Not quite what I expected..some people have said it's like being on a cloud but I didn't find that. Perfectly ok insoles. I used them with my barefoot shoes as I like the barefoot shape but not the thin soles. Did the trick but I was expecting more bounce.
