Large and stainless steel: a great pressure cooker
I bought this because it is stainless steel and almost twice the size of a normal pressure cooker, plus it will fit in my dishwasher. My All-American pressure canner is much bigger (larger than both my dishwasher and my sink, so I have to wash it in the shower) and several things I want to pressure cook I don't want in aluminum because of the acids and harder-to-clean nature of bare aluminum. I am planning to use this for regular cooking, not canning. A regular consumer pressure cooker is barely big enough to make chicken stock from a small chicken. But I should be able to make stock from two chickens at a time in this one, or a small turkey. The "special cleaning needle" is hidden inside the styrofoam on top, I threw it away without seeing it and had to go back for it after reading the manual. The manual itself is in four languages, and the English version (the only one I can read) isn't what I'd call good English. But it isn't unreadable, just a little weird. I don't see any kind of safety-lock to prevent it from being opened under pressure. The manual says it does have a safety lock though. I don't think I'll test it to find out. I definitely want the 37 quart, and will probably buy one, and I'll just wash it in the shower. EDIT It is now the day after receiving (and using it) and I'm still very happy with it. While I wrote the last review I had 14 pounds of chicken cooking down to broth. I got two gallons of broth out of it, plus a pint of schmaltz. I'm even more certain now I really want the 37 quart version. EDIT Having used it twice now, I've noticed a difficulty. I need a lot of heat to bring this whole thing up to pressure, and food touching the bottom can burn adding an unwanted color to what should be a light broth. I've solved that by ordered a canning rack to go in the bottom to keep my food from touching the heated surface.

Works great but overpriced.
I purchased this stainless steel canner because I have hard water and aluminum canners have not held up well. I actually returned this particular model because it was not tall enough to fit some jars that I use for canning. I purchased the 21 Quart in it's place. Overall, I'm pleased with functionality of the canner but have a few issues: 1. I had to go online (YouTube) to get actual canning instructions. 2. It only holds 5 quart jars at a time. Most regular aluminum canners hold 7 Quart jars. 3. It is very overpriced for what you get.

Quality Range Top Pressure Cooker
Have yet to use it,but the quality is there! My wife and I expect quality and this pressure cooker is that . Thick wall pot, high quality valves. I highly recommend. Update 02NOV2018: Yes this is a great addition to the kitchen, as a first try we decided to cook a turkey breast. We followed the recipe in America's Test Kitchen's Pressure Cooker Perfection "Turkey Breast & Gravy"pg.114 (also highly recommended and you can find it here on Amazon), see photo of book and recipe. Following the easy directions and browning the turkey breast before cooking was a snap. The gravy was a simple recipe as well. We cooked the breast for the 35 minutes with a quick release of the weighted pressure regulator, (wear a full sleeve mitt when releasing the pressure, tilt the weight away from you)) we waited a moment and opened the lid. See the video of the pressure cooker just at pressure, take a look at the flame height of the range top for an idea of heat input (medium low). The outcome is the meal at the plate within 40 minutes from start to finish.

Stainless steel
Nice item because it is stainless steel inside and out with a copper or aluminum sandwiched in between, but doesn’t come with the canning rack and cooking information is limited to minutes to cook. Unsure if the price is worth it
