What are the actual temperature of the two temperature settings. I need more than just "low" and "high". I want to use them on a wig.

Hey there! The lowest heat setting temperature is 105 and the highest heat setting temperature is 120.

Are these supposed to come with instructions? Mine didn't.

Sounds like your set might have been a returned one. Maybe the T3 website has instructions.

Are these easy to travel with ? What are the dimensions of the carry case

The case is about 10” long and about 6” deep and about 8” high. It is a soft case. It would fit in most suitcases, if not right-side up then laying on its side. It would also fit nicely in a backpack.
